Shipping terms and conditions
Due to the size of our studio, items are shipped once enough orders are placed. Please allow several weeks for delivery.
For domestic (USA) orders, we use UPS or Fedex. If you’d like to use a different shipping method, please contact us prior to your purchase.
All of our products are handmade, small imperfections may occur. In the case of damage incurred during transit, please send us an email and we will work with you to find a solution.
We are not responsible for packages that become lost or delayed during transit. Please be sure to track the arrival of your package and ensure a reliable and secure system for delivery at the destination.
